Meet the Owner

Chip Shepard

"When Chip happens, it's a good thing."
Chip started his career serving in the U.S. Army. His Army career consisted of operating a Tactical Computer for data entry on a Multiple Launch Rocket System, Field Artillery. While serving, Chip assisted with computer troubleshooting, presentations, and other computer services as needed by the officers. Chip served a total of 9 years active service, and 3 years Army National Guard as a communications specialist.

After active duty military, Chip was hired as a PC Technician for RCB Bank. During his employment, Chip worked his way through the entire IT process, which included: Computer repair, website maintenance, server troubleshooting, laptop maintenance, mobile devices, routers, switches, networking, and wireless. Chip also developed a passion for information security while installing and maintaining the network security infrastructure. Additionally Chip earned the title of Vice President, Network Administrator and managed a team of IT professionals.

Chip grew to love helping others with their technology needs and was driven by customer satisfaction. If there is an issue, Chip will not stop until it is resolved. His passion and dedication to tasks and projects are exemplary.

Meet the Team

Jacob Lonsinger

Jake is a proactive problem solver who brings a wide variety of business support experience to the ST Team. His skills include project management, business development, graphic design, sales, process improvement, risk management, and disaster recovery. Jake's passion is serving others includes his family, the ST Team, and our clients.

Dillon Watkins

With a background in marketing and a degree in hospitality, Dillon highly values customer service and connecting with others. Along with designing this website, he also designed our physical media as well. He loves the community of Owasso, and actively volunteers at the Chamber of Commerce.

Fun Fact - Dillon can play 13 different instruments!

Jeff Beene

Jeff has been working in I.T. for almost his entire career life. He is very knowledgeable in wide array of topics and picks up on new ideas very quickly. Jeff is great at sharing his knowledge with others, and is always available if anybody has a question. His hands on experience and his willingness to go above and beyond in his work make him invaluable.

Fun Fact - Jeff uses a right handed mouse with his left hand!

Lane Hutchison

With a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and a very high work ethic, Lane is a reliable and knowledgeable member of our team that is always ready to step up to plate wherever he is needed. He specializes in helping keep systems and networks secure, and is always ready and willing to give help or advice when needed.

Fun Fact - Lane is a former competing bullrider!

Chris Vogel

Chris has a wide array of skills and experience that he puts to use everyday. Chris can always be counted on to give incredible customer service and sound advice to not only clients, but other members of the team as well. His consistency in his work and willingness to help others in need make Chris an invaluable member of our Team.

Fun Fact - Chris' family cares for 7 animals in their home!

Mason White

Mason is currently enrolled at Tulsa Technology Center in their I.T. Program. We brought him on as a part time intern, but he proved to learn so quickly that we brought him on to the team officially. He consistently finishes every task that he's presented with and picks up on new concepts remarkably quickly. We are excited to see him grow!

Frank Barclay

Lead Technician and Network Guru

Frank is the man that makes the networking magic happen. If you need your server to talk to your computer at home, if you need 5 nested hyper V's and Cloud data backups... Frank is your man. He has a major breadth of experience spanning a 30 year career in I.T.

He will make the network work.

Fun Fact - Frank is a certified firearms instructor!

Chad Allensworth

I.T. Support Technician

Chad is our all-around rock solid technician.

He is great at finding the issue quickly and efficiently.

He has a knack for working with dental practices, chiropractors, and small healthcare offices.

He may also be the nicest guy you will ever meet.

David Ballard

The latest addition to our growing team, David has almost 30 years

as a technician. David has a degree in Computer Science, and spent his entire career in the IT industry. He strives to learn about new technologies in order to bring a wide array of knowledge to the team.

Fun Fact - In his spare time David is an avid Tabletop gamer.
